La Torre Golf Resort has internal rules for you to make responsible use of pools, sports facilities and common areas, including identification through wristbands during the season and coexistence guidelines for residents and visitors.
Essential resort rules
- Mandatory wristbands: access to pools and sports facilities requires a valid identification wristband for each user, which you must wear visibly while remaining in the area.
- Pool use: respect opening/closing hours (10:00 to 22:00), shower before bathing, prohibition of glass and sharp objects, and use furniture without reserving loungers with towels when you’re not present.
- Sports areas: follow the indications on information panels, book courts when applicable and use appropriate footwear/equipment to preserve the surface and your safety.
- Waste and cleaning: deposit trash exclusively in designated containers; don’t leave belongings or objects on sidewalks or next to containers, for aesthetics, hygiene and to avoid community sanctions.
- Respect for rest: avoid annoying noises during rest hours, especially on terraces and common areas; music and gatherings must conform to limits established by internal regulations.
- Parking and roadways: park only in permitted spaces, without blocking access, fire hydrants or pedestrian crossings; parking in garden areas or on sidewalks is prohibited.
- Pets: keep animals controlled and leashed in common areas, collect excrement and avoid disturbing others; there may be restricted areas for pets.
Coexistence and security
- Access and control: respect control procedures at main entrances and cooperate with security personnel when they request identification or accommodation data.
- Furniture and common areas: keep community elements in good condition and report incidents to the corresponding service; transferring common furniture to private spaces is prohibited.
- Prevention and emergencies: keep evacuation routes clear, don’t tamper with fire equipment and follow staff instructions in emergency situations.
Good practices for guests and owners
- Before your arrival: review the resort’s current regulations and confirm with accommodation the delivery of wristbands/access keys to pools and facilities.
- During your stay: respect usage hours, maintain moderate noise levels and care for the cleanliness of terraces and common areas to preserve coexistence
